Early Years

Our Early Years Curriculum is based on the different prime and specific areas:

Prime Areas

  • Communication and Language
  • Personal, Social and Emotional Development
  • Physical Development

Specific Areas:

  • Literacy
  • Mathematics
  • Understanding the World
  • Expressive Arts and Design

The children learn through their play and we have a continuous provision approach. All the children are working towards their individual targets and activities are tailored to suit the children’s individual learning needs.

We follow a focused theme each term and within that we develop a range of activities to support the children’s development in all areas. We enjoy a curriculum that is fun and engaging for all our learners.
